BIM services to support the development of this North London site in a residential sector. The project involved the construction of a new 9-storey concrete framed apartment block with two staircases. Our thorough detailing allowed a consistent workflow despite the proximity of the adjacent highways and amenity spaces.
The 3rd phase of this project offers 1,238 new homes consented and new Village Center with commercial and community facilities. Our involvement supported the construction of the block C, that has 17 story jump-formed core and concrete frame, with precast stairs and landings. Also, the use of the precast columns starting from level 3 to roof, enable a significantly greater ability to facilitate many aspects of the construction process.
Phase 9 of Millbrook Park involves the construction of 355 residential units in in Mill Hill, NW7. This project consists of eleven new blocks of flats ranging from four to seven storeys high and ten new tonwn houses ranging from two to three storey high. Our involvement helps to ensure the success of this transformational scheme with implications in detailing of two residential blocks, K and L that are served by two staircases with precast stairs and landings.
With plans to provide over 800 homes alongside commercial, financial and education spaces across 12 buildings ranging from 2 to 26 storeys, 101 Prince of Wales Drive forms part of the wider drive to regenerate former industrial areas within the Vauxhall Nine Elms Battersea Opportunity Area.
